Unlit Goat doesn’t put a face on the front of it. That’s on purpose. The methodology matters more than who’s delivering it, and a faceless brand can’t become the thing you get attached to instead of doing the work.
Most of what’s written about narcissistic abuse and manipulation asks you to forgive before you’ve even finished naming what happened. This isn’t that. The approach here is forensic, not therapeutic. Pattern recognition first, meaning-making second. You don’t need permission to know what you saw.
The core insight underneath every tool in the Toolkit is the same: gaslighting doesn’t only come from someone else. Learning to catch that is the harder, quieter skill, and it’s the throughline of everything built here.
Soft language protects everyone in the room, including the person who hurt you. Precise language costs more up front and pays you back every time after.
Six tools exist right now, built to be worked in sequence. More are in development. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a substitute for professional support, or an argument script. It’s a way to see clearly and decide what’s yours to carry.
